Here are some frequently asked questions asked by our patients when they are looking for a good dentist:

What are the office hours?           

We like to make our office hours as convenient as possible for our patients. Our Winter Garden Dental office is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., Wednesday 10 a.m. until 7 p.m., and Friday from 8  a.m. until 2 p.m.

Where were your dentists educated and trained? 

At Winter Garden Smiles we have two dentists on staff.  Each of them is passionate about the dental profession and strives to help each patient maintain good oral health.

Dr. Roberto J. Gil DMD received his dental education at Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Lissette R. Bernal DDS received her dental education at the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, University of Maryland Dental School and her certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from the University of Maryland Dental School.

What is your dentists’ approach to preventive dentistry?          

Here at Winter Garden Smiles we believe having good oral hygiene is a necessary foundation for overall health. By scheduling an appointment with one of our Winter Garden dental staff, you are taking the first step in preventing diseases like cavities or periodontal disease.

What types of anesthesia are you certified to administer to help me relax and feel more comfortable during any necessary dental treatment? 

We offer nitrous oxide to help you relax during certain dental procedures.

Does the Winter Garden dental office participate in my dental health plan?

What is your office policy on missed appointments?  

We understand that things come up. If an appointment must be missed or cancelled, please give us a call within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.Without a 24-hour notice we reserve the right to charge a $50.00 fee and/or decline to schedule subsequent appointments for the patient.
